Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:



We believe in recylcing. Some of our shipping materials (boxes, bubble wrap etc)  will likely be reused boxes and packing from other shipments that we have recieved.


Shipping within Canada:

$10 flat rate accross Canada. (some exceptions for heavy or oversize items apply)

$125 order or more and FREE shipping! (some exceptions for heavy or oversize items apply)

In store pickup is also available! Please see hours for availability. Also note that ID on pickup is required!


Shipping within Canada: We usually ship via Canada Post Parcel Service, which has great delivery times and reliable service. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We ship from Edmonton, Alberta. We have a dedicated pickup contract with daily service, so your order will not be delayed.


Shipping to USA:

All orders outside Canada are billed in Canadian Dollars.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post -> USPS International

Free shipping to USA on orders over $150 CAD

$15 CAD Flat rate shipping


Shipping International:

International shipping outside Canada & USA is not available at this time. We do plan on opening up more in the future.


Returning a item/order & Damaged / Missing items:

 If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 30 days* by ground mail. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund. The product must be in its original condition, in the original packaging. Used products are not eligible for a refund unless defective. Cut and special order items are not returnable. If the product is defective, we will replace the item as soon as possible. We will refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate. Returning an Item You can bring the item back to the store. Inventory Errors:

Out of Stock Sometimes our shopping cart gets out of sync with our actual inventory. Please indicate in the checkout notes in our shopping cart whether you want us to hold the order until complete, refund missing items, or ship separately. Please ensure that you give us a valid email address that you check email at, or a daytime phone number, so that we can communicate promptly should we need to. Should we be out of an item, and we do not have an acceptable substitute or you do not care to wait, we will cheerfully refund your missing item! Occasionally, if we expect to receive an item within 2 weeks, we will ship it separately at no extra charge. If this is not acceptable, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you. If you are not happy with an item, let us know (within 30 days) and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.


Items that cannot be returned:

We’re sorry – but we can not accept returns on the following: • no returns on books or publications • no returns on special order items • no returns on items that are not in their original condition or packaging • no returns on cut products such as chain, leather, etc. If it arrives damaged, let us know and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.
